Signia at the FSC Meet the Regulator Forum Panama

Our partner Francisco Martinelli participated in the 2026 FSC Meet the Regulator Forum, organized by the BVI Financial Services Commission in Panama City.

A particularly timely forum: on the same day, the BVI FSC announced that Panama will host its first Representative Office in Latin America, scheduled to open in 2026. The Latin American region ranks second globally in the use of BVI corporate vehicles and financial services, which supports this strategic decision by the Commission.
