SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Promoting the well-being of all.

Since 2012, SIGNIA has established a sustainability strategy that articulates all its efforts aimed at contributing to the human and social development of the communities in which our business operates, guided by the 2030 Agenda for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by the United Nations (UN) organization in 2015.
The investment in technological office material such as: state-of-the-art computers, screens for videoconferences, high-performance printers, among others, has allowed SIGNIA to progressively reduce both electricity and the emission of polluting gases.
It seems that a law firm could not survive without thousands of pieces of paper on the desks, but at SIGNIA, the intelligent printing and digitalization systems of some processes have made possible to reduce the amount of paper used. Similarly, recycling, reuse and waste separation are fully integrated into the firm's day-to-day activities.
EIn internal CSR, actions have been promoted for the well-being of our collaborators with specific policies and measures that affect their professional development and their life project. In terms of gender equity, the female talent of SIGNIA's collaborators has been promoted as an essential part of the firm's success.
Our staff dedicates unpaid time, annually, to develop social projects that address issues such as: entrepreneurship, rights of children and adolescents, education, social and labor insertion of people with disabilities, equity and equality of gender and community.
We carry out volunteer actions in coordination with local organizations and NGOs, in which SIGNIA personnel participate in activities together with the community for environmental protection, education and social impact:
