Ana Lorena Rodríguez Ng is an attorney with 17 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Immigration, and Maritime Law. She has practiced in recognized law firms and legal consultancies, advising domestic and international clients. Her professional background includes handling corporate immigration matters, trademark registrations, ship registration under the Panamanian flag, incorporation and reorganization of companies, real estate transactions, and tax proceedings.
She currently serves as Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (UMECIT) and as Professor of Commercial and Tax Law at Apprendo Academy, combining active legal practice with the academic training of future professionals.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Interamericana, and a Specialization in Higher Education Teaching from the Universidad del Istmo. She also completed a Diploma in International Taxation and has received training in legal compliance, tax compliance, and corporate risk prevention.

His previous experience in the financial sector, in the area of Mortgages at HSBC, provides him with a comprehensive vision to the approach of his advice, while at the same time he has a solid network of contacts that allow him to be a facilitating entity in the establishment of foreigners. He is a 2009 graduate of Les Roches University (Switzerland) and a 2004 graduate of the International School of Panama (ISP) and has a Real Estate Broker license.

María Cecilia Mas

She has a long career in the legal sector, having been part of several of the most renowned international law firms such as Morgan & Morgan, Icaza Gonzalez-Ruiz & Alemán and Patton, Moreno & Asvat, in which she supervised and assisted in the various stages corresponding to the incorporation of new companies for natural and legal persons from all continents, with interests in Panama and other jurisdictions.
She has a degree in Journalism from the School of Social Communication, Universidad de Panama. She also has a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from the Universidad del Istmo (Panama).
