He has managed more than US$710 million in real estate transactions and has a robust portfolio with the best positioned projects in the Panamanian market. His previous experience in the financial sector, in the area of ​​Mortgages at HSBC, provides him with a comprehensive vision to the approach of his advice, while at the same time he has a solid network of contacts that allow him to be a facilitating entity in the establishment of foreigners. In Panama.

 

He is a 2009 graduate of Les Roches University (Switzerland) and a 2004 graduate of the International School of Panama (ISP) and has a Real Estate Broker license.

She has a long career in the legal sector, having been part of several of the most renowned international law firms such as Morgan & Morgan, Icaza Gonzalez-Ruiz & Alemán and Patton, Moreno & Asvat, in which she supervised and assisted in the various stages corresponding to the incorporation of new companies for natural and legal persons from all continents, with interests in Panama and other jurisdictions.

 

She has a degree in Journalism from the School of Social Communication, Universidad de Panama. She also has a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from the Universidad del Istmo (Panama).

Anelis Barahona

With nearly two decades of experience in the legal field, Anelis Barahona has been part of the corporate, litigation, administrative, and regulatory compliance departments of leading firms in the Panamanian market, including Patton, Moreno & Asvat, Morgan & Morgan, among others. She joined Signia Legal in 2012, where she practiced as an attorney for eleven years, consolidating her practice in corporate, commercial, immigration, and regulatory law. She subsequently broadened her perspective through experience in the public sector, in the area of municipal fiscal and tax oversight. She is currently an Associate Attorney at Signia Legal, where she advises domestic and international clients on the incorporation and administration of Panamanian corporations and private interest foundations, the structuring of shareholder agreements, trademark registration, vessel registration, immigration matters, and work permits.

In regulatory compliance, she maintains specialized training and continuous professional development in anti-money laundering, suspicious transaction reporting, and due diligence, guiding companies and professionals in the fulfillment of their obligations before the UAF and the Superintendency of Non-Financial Subjects.

She holds a Law and Political Science degree from ULACIT and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
